Payment Methods:
We accept the following methods of payment:

*  Credit Cards: Discover Card, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal Account

Note:  Rainbow Video & Gifts does not have access to your credit card information.  All credit card information is obtained only by PayPal through their online Secure Payment Portal during your Check-Out process.  Just a reminder, FOR YOUR SECURITY, please make sure that you're under "https" and/or a "security seal" is present when making credit card transactions.

Items in stock:
We make every effort to have all items in stock at all times.  If an item is not in stock your order will go on backorder status.  Your credit card will not be charged until your item(s) is shipped out.  You cannot cancel a backorder status if an order has been placed with our supplier.  However, if we cannot the deliver the backorder item(s) within 30 days, we will cancel your order (with email notification) and not charge your credit card.  You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and click "MY ACCOUNT" and view the status of your order or simply call us at 888-687-1682. We will be happy to assist you. 

Proof of Delivery:
If aSignature Required is indicated for your order, you thereby authorize us to charge the additional carrier Signature Required charges to your order, which will be charged to your credit card.   If a Signature Required is not for your order, we reserve the right to require a signature for the shipment.

On most orders we ship, we will include a "delivery confirmation" feature through USPS without any additional charge to you.

Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you order. We have a 30-day return guarantee (restrictions may apply on some items).

If you're RETURNING your order, you must send us an email immediately for prior approval.  Please DO NOT return your order without prior approval from RAINBOW VIDEO & GIFTS | RAINBOWvideogifts.com.  Email or Contact Us via Telephone!  Once an approval is made, we will provide you with the mailing address where to ship the item(s) back to.
 
Due to the Arizona Health Code, RAINBOW VIDEO & GIFTS | RAINBOWvideogifts.com does not accept returns or exchanges of undergarments, clothing, body jewelry or sexual aids (supplements, adult toys, and/or lubrication). RAINBOW VIDEO & GIFTS | RAINBOWvideogifts.com honors exchanges for all other unworn clothing unless otherwise stated in the product's description at the time of purchase. 

We offer exchanges or store credit for all returns: 

    *  Important instructions - You must send us an email immediately for prior approval.  Please always refer to your order number.  Fully explain the reason for your exchange/return.  We will review your email and respond to you as soon as we can.  Please DO NOT return your item(s) without prior approval and instructions from RAINBOW VIDEO & GIFTS | RAINBOWvideogifts.com.  All return for replacements will be processed within 5-10 business days.
    *  Please note that returns without approval will be refused.
    *  Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    *  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    * If an item needs to be returned due to a mistake by us or due to a product defect, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without charging you a shipping charge and the postage you paid to return the product back to us, up to $5.00, in the form of a gift certificate/voucher for you to redeem next time you shop with us (returns for quality returns unless defective does not qualify). All returns back to us should be shipped with a carrier that will issue a tracking number to ensure that we receive it back.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL - SORRY, NO REFUNDS.  STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please note: Once your item is delivered, you have 30 days to return it or exchange it (less shipping). We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
