Q: I am getting this message from my "BASKET" page "Products marked with *** are not available in the desired quantity or not in stock!"
A: Try reducing the number of quantities. If a product is out of stock completely, we will still process your order and we will e-mail you regarding the status of your order.
Q: An item is priced at $0.00?
A: There's a possibility that the item has a special pricing or the item is FREE. Try adding the item and then click on your basket tab for more information. There are times that the item is priced depending on the size of the item or special options are available. If this is the case, you will be given the total price once the item is added into your shopping cart.
Q: I can't log in and I am typing my e-mail address correctly.
A: You will need to log in exactly how your account was setup in the beginning. For example, if your email address is THISisonlyatest@yahoo.com, you will need to type that exact format. You cannot type in thisisonlyatest@yahoo.com. The login process is CaSeSensiTIVe. In addition, since we've change the look of our online store your old information has been removed and you will need to re-create your login information again.
Q: I am entering the correct coupon code and I am receiving this message: "Error: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached it's usage limit!"
A: The coupon code you're entering is valid on a specific product(s) only.
